In order to register for this loyalty service, you are required to provide certain information to enable you to access the Service. Some of the information may comprise personal data, i.e data which may lead to your identification (‘Personal Data’).

Dreamcation may collect, use and disclose your Personal Data, which you have provided in this form and upon registration at advocado.me, for providing the Advocado customer loyalty service, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Advocado’s Privacy Policy.

Personal Data shall only be collected and used by us for the purpose of registering you as a User of the Service and for other purposes which are permitted under the laws of Singapore. Additionally, with your consent, the Personal Data will be collected by us on behalf of this authorised merchant, Dreamcation for their marketing and promotional activities. The promotional material will be sent to you via SMS, e-mail address provided by you. Electronic mobile notifications will be used to notify you of such promotional activities/events. via the Advocado app You may subsequently withdraw your consent by providing twenty-eight (28) days written notice to: dpo@advocado.me. Queries relating to the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Data can also be directed to the same contact provided above.
