• Itchan Kala - A cohesive ensemble of Islamic architecture from the 14th to the 19th century, served as the final resting place for Silk Road caravans before crossing the desert to Persia.

• Djuma Mosque - a 10th-century mosque in Khiva, Uzbekistan, it is a main monument of Itchan Kala, the walled old city and World Heritage Site. It is in the centre of Itchan Kala. The mosque was first documented in the 10th century, but it was rebuilt in 1788.

• Tosh Hovil Palace – also known as ‘Stone Palace’, it has Khiva’s finest interior with blue tiles, wooden pillars and ghanch. Allakuli Khan built it in 1832–1841 as a better option than the Kuhna Ark. It has over 150 rooms in nine courtyards, with high ceilings for the desert breeze.

• Islam Khodja Minaret and Madrasa - The complex is named in honour of Islam Khodja, Prime Minister of Isfandiar Khan. Islam Khoja minaret is called the symbol of Khiva. Islam Khoja Madrasah is located behind the minaret. It consists of 42 hujras and a large domed hall.

• Kalta Minor & Amin Khan Madrasa – Built by Uzbek ruler Muhammad Aminkhan in 1852–1855, it is the largest and most tiled of Khiva’s madrasahs, with a front minaret. It was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites as a part of Itchan Kala.

• The Amu Darya River - A large river that streams in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. One of Central Asia's longest rivers. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

• Kyzylkum Desert (Red Desert or Red Sand) - A sand desert in between Amu Darya and Syr Darya rivers and is limited in the west by the remains of the Aral Sea and in the east by the Aydarkul Lake, Nuratau mountains and Bukhara oasis.

• Bolo Hauz Mosque and the Ark Citadel - Built in 1712 in Bukhara, stands opposite the Ark Citadel in the Registan district. It's part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with other historic city elements.

• Toki Telpak Furushon - is an integral piece of the city's vibrant tapestry of traditional crafts and markets. This dome-covered bazaar is steeped in history and has been a hive of commercial activity since the days when Bukhara was a bustling hub on the Silk Road.

• Ismail Samani Mausoleum - The tomb of Ismail Samani, a mesmerizing and original building in Bukhara, is the oldest and best preserved. It is a highlight of Uzbekistan. This completed in 905 mausoleum in Samani Park, is the town’s oldest Muslim monument.

• Lyabi Hauz - A popular Bukhara attraction from the 16th - 17th centuries, it is a major square with a large artificial pond with Nadir Divan-Beghi Madrasah and Nadir Divan-Beghi Khanaka, both built-in 1622.

• Kalyan Minaret & Poi Kalyan Mosque - A 48-meter baked-brick tower built in 1127 with intricate designs and glazed ornamentation, is renowned for its impressive dimensions and artistry. 

• In the 16th century, the Kalyan Mosque and Mir-i Arab Madrasah were constructed around it, forming the centrepiece of the Po-I Kalyan mosque complex.

• Toki Zargaron - A renowned trading dome, reflecting the rich history and craftsmanship legacy of the area. Its name, "Dome of the Jewelers," highlights its historical role as a vibrant marketplace for goldsmiths and jewellers during the Silk Road era.

• Toki-Sarrophon Dome - built in the 16th century at a crossroads, means “the dome changed”. It was a market for sarrafs, who exchanged money. Today, it sells handkerchiefs, crockery and souvenirs.

• Cultural Show with Dinner - A cultural dance show and a fashion show with traditional Uzbek prints and modern dresses, accompanied by dinner.

• Bakhouddin Naqshbandi Complex - A revered pilgrimage site dedicated to the founder of the Naqshbandi Sufi order, this serene complex is a place of prayer and reflection.

• Mir Arab Madrasah - A 16th-century Islamic school with a striking facade of intricate blue tilework and domes. It remains a symbol of Bukhara’s religious and architectural heritage.

• Magoki Attory Mosque - one of the oldest city’s mosques. It dates back to the 9th century. Early in the Common Era, there was a fire temple with a Lunar Bazaar where the mosque is now. When Islam came to the region, they destroyed the temple and built a mosque at the site of it.

• Mausoleum of Chashma Ayub - built in the 12th century, includes a mausoleum and a holy spring. It's linked to the legend of Prophet Job (Ayub a.s.), who, during a drought, miraculously brought forth healing water when he struck the ground with his staff. This spring, called Chashma-Ayub, saved the people of Bukhara.

• Masterclass of Baking Traditional Bread

• Guri Emir Mausoleum - The tomb of Timur, his two sons and two grandsons (including Ulugbek). A modest building, as Timur didn’t plan to be buried here. The tilework and dome are beautiful. Be sure to return at night when the building is spotlit to grand effect.

• Ulug Bek Observatory - Ulugbek built the observatory in 1428-1429 on a hill in Samarkand. It was a three-storied, round building with beautiful glazed tiles, 46 meters wide and 30 meters high. In the main hall, a huge instrument was placed for observations of the Moon, Sun, and other stars of the vault of heaven.

• Shakhi-Zinda - This stunning necropolis, one of the most renowned sites in Samarkand, showcases rich tilework and history dating back to the 14th century.

• Witness the magical lights of Registan Square, the heart of Samarkand’s architectural splendour.

• Meros Paper Mill - is part of the Konigil Tourist Village. It includes handmade paper making, pressing of flax oil, pottery, and other crafts. It's all more than a bit contrived, but it's a pleasant place if there are not too many other tourists around.

• Registan Square - a gem in the heart of ancient Samarkand, is globally renowned for its architectural ensemble, a monument of oriental architecture.

• Bibi-Khanym Mosque - one of the most important and beautiful monuments of Samarkand, it was a huge and splendid mosque in the 15th-century Islamic world. It is a Timurid Renaissance masterpiece.

• Siyab Bazaar - visiting Samarkand and not paying a visit to Siab market means missing one of the most interesting adventures. The oriental market is a special place where you can feel the lively atmosphere of the ancient city. Many years ago, bazaars served as the main strategic points on the Great Silk Road trade development.

• Madrasa Ulugh Beg - Built by the renowned astronomer Ulugh Beg in the 15th century, showcasing intricate tilework and serving as a centre of learning.

• Tilla Kari Madrasa - Known as the "Gold-Covered Madrasa," its stunning interior is adorned with gold leaf and exquisite mosaics.

• Sher Dor Madrasa - Features tiger and sun motifs on its facade, symbolizing strength and prosperity, a unique departure from Islamic design norms.

• Rukhobat Mosque - A sacred site for prayers, reflecting Samarkand's spiritual essence and architectural simplicity.

• Chimgan Mountains - Nestled at the foot of the Tian Shan Range, this resort area offers hiking, and skiing in winter, and panoramic views of lush valleys and snow-capped peaks.

• Charvak Reservoir - A large, picturesque lake surrounded by mountains, perfect for boating and enjoying the fresh mountain air.

• Chinarar Trees and Petroglyphs - Ancient 800-900-year-old trees and petroglyphs add a mystical quality to this outdoor adventure, linking nature with history.
